Pick Up Patrol Update

Pick up Patrol is LIVE! Thank you to those that have signed up and are using the system for dismissal plan changes.  If you have not received a registration email, please contact the Elementary School at 547-9976. At this time we ask that you continue to send in notes if your child will need to be dismissed early and to call the Nurse at 547-9322 if your child will be absent.

How do I get to the Login Page?

After you have registered:

*Click on the PickUp Patrol link on the CCS Elementary page https://www.cooperstowncs.org/o/cooperstown-csd/page/elementary-school--99  or on the CCS *Transportation page https://www.cooperstowncs.org/o/cooperstown-csd/page/transportation--300

*On the PickUp Patrol website (www.pickuppatrol.net), there is a blue PARENT LOGIN button at the top right-hand corner of the home page.

*Go directly to the application itself: https//app.pickuppatrol.net

My login link has expired. What do I do?

*Please call the elementary office at 547-9976 and we can send you another Welcome Email.

I didn’t receive a Welcome Email and I know the school has sent them out.

*Check your junk or spam folder.

*If the email can’t be found in the junk or spam folder:

Call the elementary school to see if the email address we have listed for you is correct. If it is not we will update and send a new Welcome Email.

What are Default Plans?

*Default Plans define what the student’s usual form of travel or destination is on each day of the week.

*Default Plans are only entered once. Any other changes to the child’s regular schedule (Default Plan) are made as Plan Changes.

*If parents need to make a permanent change to their child’s Default Plan later in the year, they may make the change on their child’s Default Page or they can contact the school for the office staff to update it.

How do I enter Default Plans for my children?

*Login to PickUp Patrol on your computer (default plans cannot be entered on the mobile app.)

*In the top left-hand corner, click on SETTINGS>PROFILE

*Select DEFAULT PLANS for each child.

*If the child has the same  Default Plan each day of the week, enter the Default Plan from the drop-down box and SAVE.

*If the child’s plan varies day to day, click the CUSTOMIZE BY DAY button, enter each plan, and SAVE.
