Clark Sports Center Student Membership Program

Thanks to the generosity of The Clark Foundation, FREE basic memberships are available to students in grades K-12 attending Cooperstown Central School who meet the household income eligibility requirements (see the income guidelines on page 2 of the application).

Please note that access to the Fitness Center is available for an additional fee and is not included with the Student Membership. Fitness Center use is limited to individuals ages 14 and older.

Student Memberships are awarded for one-year terms and must be renewed annually at the start of each school year. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate that their annual household income meets the eligibility criteria. To apply, families should complete the application and submit copies of all required documentation. Only complete applications with all supporting materials can be reviewed for approval. All information will be kept confidential and is for internal use only.
