Student scholar Caitlin O'Sullivan and her mentor, Cooperstown Central School Science Teacher Amy Parr, were honored at the Scholar Recognition Dinner at SUNY Oneonta on Monday night, joining dozens of other student scholars and their families, mentors, school principals and superintendents in an annual celebration of their academic achievement.
