A Reminder About Winter Weather Preparedness
Dear Cooperstown Central School families,
While the calendar may be inching toward spring, winter is not quite finished with us yet. As we all know, temperatures can fluctuate significantly this time of year, and mornings in particular can still be quite cold – even as we head into March and April.
We kindly ask that you continue sending your children to school dressed appropriately for winter weather. Warm coats, hats, gloves and appropriate footwear such as boots are especially important on cold or snowy days. Students may be outdoors for arrival, dismissal, recess or other activities, and being properly dressed helps ensure they remain safe and comfortable.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in keeping our students prepared for the changing conditions.
Sincerely,
Sarah Spross
Superintendent
Cooperstown Central School District
