Qualified voters may apply for an ABSENTEE BALLOT from this link , by calling the district clerk’s office 607-547-5364, or in-person, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, except holidays. Completed applications must be received by the District Clerk at least seven (7) days before the election (May 7, 2021)  if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.  Absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk not later than 5:00 PM, prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.  Military Ballot Procedures. Application requests for military ballots must be received by the District Clerk no later than 5:00 pm on April 22, 2021. In order to be counted, military ballots must be received by the District no later than 5:00 pm on May 18, 2021.
